The Richmond Group of Charities is a coalition of the leading health and social care organisations in the voluntary sector. Their aim is to change the way people with long‐term conditions use services provided by the health and care system. The client required an identity and a set of brand guidelines for in‐house designers and suppliers to create unified design across print and web. The guidelines are rigid enough to ensure a cohesive brand is followed, but also offer the end‐user creative freedom.
